Carla’s story began in the payroll industry long before APS was born. After years with ADP, where she earned recognition as one of the top sales professionals in the state, she saw a gap in the industry: small businesses were being underserved by large, one-size-fits-all providers.

In 2012, Carla launched Accurate Pay Systems to fill that gap, not just with accurate payroll and HR solutions, but with responsiveness, care, and a personal touch. What started as one woman’s vision has grown into a thriving company with 13 employees serving a diverse portfolio of small and midsize businesses.

Carla’s approach has always been simple: payroll is about people. Every paycheck represents hard work and dedication, and she has built APS on the promise to honor that responsibility.
